Meet the Owners

A little ditty 'bout Jess & Jason; Two American kids growing up in the heart land Jason, he's gonna be a football star, Jess' debutante, back seat of Jason's car... Oh wait, that may be how "Makin' Whoopie" started. In all seriousness, the Retired US Navy Veteran and his better half decided one day to get hitched and start making their dreams realities. Jason grew up in the great state of Louisiana and after high school enlisted in the United States Navy where he retired in 2018 after 25 years. Let me say, this man knows his way around the kitchen and grill and crawfish pot! Jessica, born in Maine, grew up in Jacksonville Florida (or as the locals say "DUUUUUVAAALLLLLL"). Jess always loved to bake with her grandmothers and mother and has brought some of those recipes to this joint venture. As well as putting some of their personal flair on some of their creations. Combined they have 3 kids and several grand-pets. We hope we can bring some goodness to your tummies.
